This 200sf studio, set in a lush garden adjacent to a City park and waterfront marina, is designed for a painter-visual artist for year round use including small group workshops. Folding glazed doors on north and east sides admit controlled natural light while allowing for occupants to spill out onto adjacent deck in good weather. Interior features movable work counter, woodstove, fir beams/ceiling and polished concrete floor. Exterior finishes include untreated cedar shingles, metal roof and white painted wood doors/windows.
