Farmhouse Addition

This project involves an addition and alterations to a historic 1912 farmhouse on a rural estate. The original house finishes, features and windows will be restored with minimal changes. The rooflines and shingle cladding of the addition will be similar but new windows, detailing and interiors will be distinctly contemporary to create a more open feel with optimal daylight.

Construction is anticipated to start in late 2022.
